Problem: I spoke with Melisa at Primrose School of Apple Valley. She demonstrated under 'Staff Management' > 'Timecard' > 'Monthly' when using 'Biweekly' filter, it defaults to a start date of 'almost a month ago' (e.g. on 10/21, defaults to 9/30-10/13). Under the 'weekly' filter, the system defaults to the same start date, rather than the previous week. The customer is looking to have the default filter of the dates match her bi-weekly pay period. In this case, she would've liked to see the 10/7-10/20 (see picture below).
Additional issue with this is when the customer makes changes to a timecard on an employee account and clicks 'save', the dates go back to the original filter, and she needs to change it back to bi-weekly and filter the dates again.
Desired Resolution: The customer is frustrated because it adds additional time to her timecard review process. When filtering for bi-weekly (or weekly) it would align with the most recent pay period and 'sticks' after making a change to a staff timecard.
