Centers are often reimbursed based on Attendance. While they invoice private pay families a set, weekly amount. State and County subsidies often take into consideration:
The Student's Attendance
The number of Weekdays in a month
The number of Holidays in a month
How many days does the student only attend 'part-time'
How many allowed absences were used
Procare Online's current offering is no solution for many centers in this type of arrangement with a Subsidy Agency. We need to expand our solution to accommodate these centers so that they will use Procare for Billing and Tuition Express for payments instead of using outside Solutions because we cannot accommodate this common arrangement.

Columbia Children's Center Inc. (BAM 68717157) is a center that, after seeing that Subsidy Accounting wouldn't be a complete solution for them, consider using Excel, Quickbooks, and Pen & Paper to track subsidies outside of Procare.
