Add Parent automatically invited

When centers go to manually add a parent, Procare automatically selects to invite the parents. Clients have noted that admins act quickly and don't read the fine print. It's also a little different than when you do a bulk upload because you have to manually go back to 'Invite' when you're ready. The automatic invite is frustrating to clients if they are planning to wait to invite at a later date.
