Subsidy Adjustment Options - Transfer to Parent

Procare Desktop offers two additional options for editing or posting a balance to a Subsidy Ledger: Transfer to Parent and Agency Credit.

Transfer to Parent would transfer the remaining balance from the Subsidy Ledger to a Family Ledger. This would be a huge benefit to Online customers, as they currently have to 'Write Off' the balance, navigate to the family ledger, create an invoice, and post it to the parent ledger. This could streamline this process for many of our customers.
