Expanded Subsidy Reporting

The current Subsidy Reporting offering is inadequate for our customer's needs.

Currently, the Ledger Detailed Transaction Report is the only report offered in Online that shows Subsidy data. Procare Desktop offers 17 different reports across 6 Categories:
Account Activity

Account Aging

Account Balance Summary

Account Statement

Charge/Credit Summary

Misc. Ledger Activity

Expanding Online's Subsidy reporting could be a significant step in making our customers 'sticky,' ensuring that they're using Procare to the fullest and collecting parent co-pay fees in Procare via Tuition Express.
