Some customers need to be able to refund families when the payment was made longer than 90 days ago.
A recently implemented center said that when a family leaves their center, they issue a refund check for their deposit amount and this is becoming quite a hassle with the amount of families they serve. They'd really like to do this through Procare, but they can't issue a refund after 90 days. They're having to do this via a check instead of Procare.
