Add mobile # to Child Roster w/ Contact Info Report

California requires a roster with doctor’s information on it, with parents contact information. There is a report in Procare now specifically for that, however it only has the parent’s home number on the report. Most parents don’t have a home phone number, so the report is not useful without being able to have the cell number included instead. Consequently it requires added work to manually create a report for the state during licensing visits.
