Student Management - Report

Requested by Sarah Gillbert, an accountant at Primrose school of Lakewood Ranch Town Center in Case 01378282.

We need to be able to see when students are added, when they leave, if they are being billed/not, and if their billing changed.

The goal of the report is to see any students that changed billing, room/tags, and status(active/on hold/inactive) through a certain time period. For example, if I ran the report for the month of march for Primrose School of East Mesa, I would want to know who started attending, who left, who changed rooms, and who changed billing plans. Does that make sense?

Right now there is only a report to show us active students, I can’t run all 3 statuses at once. Early foundations currently has 13 schools with several more being added this year. Procare’s reporting capabilities lack the necessary items needed to maintain such volume of students. I’d like to continue to work with Procare to advance the reporting options.
