Move MSGR report to TE Corp Reports

Feature Request: Restricting Access to the MSGR Report

Background:
The Primrose Schools of South Tulsa and Midtown Tulsa, owned by Kelli Miller, have raised concerns regarding the MSGR report. Currently, this report is visible to all users marked as Admin or Staff with full access to reports. There is no permission setting to hide it or restrict access. Additionally, staff members with full report access—who are not designated as Admins—are also able to view the MSGR report.

Problem:

• The Reports feature is currently “all or nothing,” with no ability to set read-only or partial permissions.

• This creates challenges for confidentiality and control, as school owners cannot decide which staff or admins can view sensitive financial data.

• Owners need more flexibility to protect financial information while still granting staff appropriate access to other reports.

Proposed Solution:
Move the MSGR report to the TE Corporate Reports section within the Reports tab of the Procare Primrose environment. By doing this:

• Owners would have greater control over visibility and access permissions.

• They could grant or restrict access to the MSGR report based on specific roles or individuals.

• Confidential financial data would remain secure, while other reporting functions could still be shared appropriately with staff.

Expected Benefit:
This change would address confidentiality concerns, reduce frustration for owners, and provide flexibility in managing report permissions across Admin and Staff roles.
