Critical reporting for Prospect Manager/Lead CRM
Ability to view the most important stats and metrics related to prospect to parent process (CRM) within a Lead CRM dashboard
Convert DOB into age in years, months on reports, within the lead record, and in the lead list view
Lead Lists, Lead Reports should all be Prospect name, Contact info., child's name. Prospect is who the school is contacting through a CRM, not the child/student.
Ability to view and sort leads within Lead CRM by age
Require a status when entering a new lead manually automatically mark all existing leads without a status as New
