Request received from Implementations 6/24:
The FAX number on the MSA is not a required field and often centers do not have a fax. When a center does not enter a FAX number on their MSA, it use to automatically default to our 541-858-7008 fax. That is no longer happening. I am not sure when the change occurred – I just know it is not happening now.
The problem is centers without a fax are not getting notified in a timely manner about chargebacks. Can we set the MSA to add the Procare fax number if the center does not have a fax the way it use to? Or do I have to add it to every board without a fax?
Currently, we are having to ask Kelli to pull a report and then go through and add it to the ones that have fallen into this predicament.
