ACH payments through the family engagement app when linked to procare desktop is something typically not supported by tuition express because TE is unable to tell when the batches post correctly leading to error messages when attempting to process TE.
Despite us not technically supporting this feature, it does on some level work and we have a number of centers who got grandfathered in on the beta test or over time have had this feature mistakenly enabled by support or implementations and once it is on they are reluctant to disable it. As such, we are looking to explore either correcting this error causing ACH payments to unreliably post or build a hard block into QueenBee preventing ACH from being enabled in a PE configuration and messaging that this feature is completely unavailable at this time.

How does this impact the customer's business?
A number of centers wish to offer parent initiated ACH payments to simplify operations and give parents more control over when they pay, additionally I have been told that this is offered by brightwheel and could cause some customers to chose them over us. |
