Tuition Express reports need to have the option of Excel format

Most centers use excel, QuickBooks, or another type of program to reconcile bank accounts. All of these programs use excel as a starting point and puts Procare behind the times. Since we only have these reports from tuitionexpress.com in PDF format the center is stuck either manually entering the information or using an excel converter which is haphazard. Additionally centers are confused because they are able to export in excel in our software programs other reports but not our reports from Tuition Express.

How does this impact the customer's business?

It increases the difficulty of reconciliation and adds time and frustration about our product. In this case the center said that the main issue with the te.com reports are only in PDF format but the ones in SCW are in excel. They are not understanding why our software has this ability but not Tuition Express.

Some CSV reports have been created within the TE report API, these will become available when software products consume our reports into their software, we are not planning to expose these formats in TE.com due to deprecation plans in 2024
