Filter reports by school ID

As a Center on TE that has multiple locations, I want to be able to filter on SchoolID when generating reports, so that I do not have to filter through unrelated data when I may only care about a certain school

(NOTE: this will only be made available in the report service and will be available as we move reports to CMS systems, we wont make updates to TE.com for new filters)

How does this impact the customer's business?

Many of our multi-center customers are struggling to reconcile transactions and accomplish normal business activities (i.e. returns/chargeback management) without better solutions to help them, especially for our customers who are on single MIDs. This primarily impacts back office personas.

  • i.e. Cadence POC who is receiving all return/decline notifications has an outstanding inbox of over 3k+ notices and has abandoned trying to manage these

  • City of LV has a team of 4 people who is managing this
