Payment Reconciliation feature enhancement requests:
If a transaction has already been manually added to the ledger, it cannot be removed from the reconciliation screen. To clear out, they have to search for different dates and remember not to add the transaction or void out their manually entered transaction.
When the payment reconciliation feature is used, it does not create or close deposit reports. They have to wait 4 days for this payment to show up in the deposit report screen to close manually. *Note that this is the most frustrating part on the center's side because it creates extra work for the center to remember to take action days later, which could prevent the adoption of the tool.
