when you select a LOST status for a lead, To be able to Track why opportunity was LOST from a series of drop down choices. Franchise can change status to Lost for Prospect and then select the reason for lost. See tab 3.

The new Task should have reminders for the schools to see what action they need to take. Can be part of the calendar, setting reminders. Would all have to be on outlook for this to work.
Lead Lists, Lead Reports should all be Prospect name, Contact info., child's name. Prospect is who the school is contacting through a CRM, not the child/student.
