Please enable all relationships to sync over from the Procare Desktop to the Procare Online when running a Delta Sync. Currently, customers have to call in to get these relationships to sync as they usually require a full sync to sync over

I've had several centers with over 20 staff members. Giving them the option to add their staff members to a spreadsheet and bulk upload them to their account, would be nice and helpful too for multiple locations.

The Emergency slider on parent records for Engagement schools is not able to be turned on or off, and that designation is not synced from Desktop. It would be helpful to either enable the sync for this status from Information in Relationships in D...

Customer would like to be able to send Newsletters from the Corproate Level.This way they can send newsletters to all locations and not one location at a time.

BAM 47210100 would like the ability to check in/out parents rather than students or have a seperate feature where they are able to do that. They wanted it as a feature so that in an emergency they could check in parents when they arrived on campus...

BAM 13209121 would like to the ability to schedule a one time invoice being sent out. With recurring plans, there have to be at least two plans that recur to set it up, or else you have to remember to cancel the plan after it goes out once.

BAM 42690461 would like the ability to add two other fields to the incident reports that is required for their state. Would be nice to have more customization in the incident reports specificially.

BAM 92125257 would like a yearly unpaid balance report. There is only the option for monthly right now but they want to be able to view their unpaid balances for the entire tax year (for tax purposes).

When I am training, I often recommend that Admin staff, in particular, be assigned to All Rooms. If there are a lot of rooms, it can be cumbersome to have to check each room and it's easy to miss one room. It would be nice if there was a box that ...
