The new Task should have reminders for the schools to see what action they need to take. Can be part of the calendar, setting reminders. Would all have to be on outlook for this to work.

Protect revenue reporting and esnure consistency for reconciliation while also allowing refunds on any transactions.

Remove "Amount Paid" from the top of the accounting section

This metric provides no value as it is cumulative. It also exposes financial information to staff not privy to this information.

Notification to leadership if a child attends on a day they are not scheduled

Maintain visibility if a child is signed in on a date they are not scheduled to attend so the school can bill them appriopriately
