Ability to add more than one staff to incident report

Client asked if there was a way to indicate more than one staff on an incident report as being there. I suggested adding to description as a work around.

Utilize the mood activity option to assess parent and employee happiness.

Endeavor requested that the mood indicator be expanded to be used like a pulse survey to assess the happiness etc. of parents and staff.
