Not on the parenting messaging or daily fire drills and updates but have the ability to stay up to date on photos for grandparents. I'm a parent to the child at the center and feel a lot would benefit from this.

Customer would like to see a way for staff to signal to parents that they are in need of, or running short on particular items such as diapers, formula, etc.

Recently, after an update I believe, the filters I choose go away everytime I log out of the software. It should NOT reset unless I tell it too. Now I have to do the filter to enrolled students only EVERYTIME I log in.

Do you foresee users being able to make a pyment online with a checking or savings account???????

It is possible to have a selection to run for families with balances only? Currently displays families with a zero balance, and the number of lines is becoming an issue.

Sometimes the data gets imported incorrectly and/or the parents just want to switch. Parent #2 needs to be the Primary, etc... It would be really nice if there was a button to switch the parents.

Please add a report where you can pull enrollment data over time so trend can be visible. As of now if I want to see total enrollment, by the week, over the course of a year - I would have to pull 52 total reports from the child enrollment reports...
