Client was confused why we would allow parents to receive an email notification when they receive a message, but staff cannot. Please add email notification for staff for Parent Connection Messages.

Center would like the ability to collapse messages so they do not have to go through 5 or 6 pages of messages when they send out a message. They stated they miss messages at times because the parent does not show up at the top of the list.

Customer, Jamie Chiero is looking for a way to send voice messages to families through Procare Online/Engage. This could be beneficial for families who are not able to read messages throughout the day, but could open a voice message instead.

Class Dojo has a feature where parents can like and comment on messages from teachers and be able to communicate with other parents. This center said she loved this feature in Class Dojo and wants to see it in Procare.
