Customer would like to know how much screentime each teacher is spending within the app each day and/or week - BAM 42262015

Currently, each account needs to be set up under a unique email. We sometimes have large accounts come through, and not only is this setup a lengthy manual process, but some customers do not have a unique email for us to use for each account.

- Messaging: html feature only available with newsletters, not in messaging, wants messaging to have an html editor too - Documents: can only upload pdf, wants those more customizable and wants to add spots for a signature and see on his end what ...

Client stated that when parents are signing up it may reject their password but does not give any guidance on what is allowed or required. Please provide some guidance to parents or indication of the issue if the password is rejected. Thank you.

Allow the app to be viewed horizontally. Currently the app only allows for portrait display. It would be nice if they could rotate as necessary.

Customer would like API connection for Learning Beyond Paper

Procare Online does not currently have lockout logic when a customer repeatedly enters the incorrect password. It would be beneficial if it at least matched the lockout logic of Desktop.

Have all Center level customers default to Tuition Express upon onboard. Have all Parent Engagement centers default to Tuition Express. This would save time on the onboarding process.

Currently in onboarding, the CIS has to mark to enable edocs in Queen Bee for every online customer.

We are getting support issues coming up where the app looks different based on whether you are using Apple or Android products. Currently it appears that Android can update student photos on app while Apple users do not see this option. There shou...
