The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Center to Center Cloning of Rooms

Adventure Guides often has events in which multiple Centers participate and tracking available capacity is a huge issue. Also takes a considerable amount of time to create the same event information in multiple Centers.

Pre-Bill Report for Third Party

We would like a pre-bill report that displays the parent copay and the sponsor amount due.

Need a report that will show race and ethnicity answer for each child.

We often need this info for grant reporting, but we also share it with our staff as part of our ongoing DEI work. So far, the OMER report is the only one that shows this info, but does not always give us accurate info for given timeframes.

remove payment types from Actions > Make payment

Remove the ability to use the ACH and Credit Card payment TYPE when you select Actions> Make payment. The only types that should be here are M.O., CASH, CHECK.

The system should allow us to mark when a student is absent.

It will remove kids that are not signed in due to being absent on the IPad. Right now it looks like we should be looking for those kids!
