Add User Tracking on New Family Registration Pages

Douglas County School District had a family create a new family account back in May 2025 but somehow they registered for base registration at two separate locations. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any tracking available to prove exactly what steps the user took to sign up for two PRAs at two different centers. All we can do is speculate at this point, and we have identified a likely scenario as to how it happened. However, adding this user tracking on new family registration pages will allow support and operations to follow an audit trail should this come up again in the future.

How does this impact the customer's business?

The client had a user register one child for two different centers in one session. Unfortunately, we do not currently have tracking to prove how exactly this happened. However, we suspect the family used two separate new family registration links in the same web browser to complete both registrations. This client has their registrations segmented out to where enrollments are separated per location and each location has their own unique URL for new family registrations so from their perspective, this shouldn't be possible. As it stands, the customer believes the issue with the Tunkel family signing up for base registration at two different locations is systemic and not caused by the user. Adding user tracking in the future would help operations and support prove whether or not the registrations were added by the user or will help pinpoint the issue if it happens to be systemic.
