A lot of times families register to secure a spot, but need a subsidy approval before actually attending. Subsidy approval can sometimes take a while so we would like to able to put the child in 'Subsidy' status, but still considered inactive so they don't show on FTE reports. We would also like an automated email to go out when a child is put in this status.
