SCW: OMER Report - Update Requests

BGCWPA has requested a report to pull the following data fields with the ability to pull by location and by programs.

-Child First and Last Name, Student ID, Date of Birth, Gender, Age, Race, Ethnicity and Guardian Name

*The existing OMER report includes everything except the Student ID, Date of Birth and Guardian Name.

**The OMER report does not let you search by program. Although within the description it says you can which is incorrect.
