Once the Corporate FTE report exists, add the ability to filter by Tracking items.

Customer was pleased to hear there would soon be a Corporate version of the FTE Report.
Once it exists, they would like it to include the ability to filter by tracking items.

For example, they have tracking items for subsidy and private payers and want to review FTE by the types payers.
