Custom Report - Schedule Summary

This is a customer-funded report request.

• The parameters of the report would need to require the user to select one classroom (rather than multiple), as well as a weekly range.

• The report, once run, would contain 5 sections, one for each day of the week within the range selected

• Each section of the report would contain:

  • Date range ('week of') selected

    • One section for each day of that week

  • The selected classroom name

  • Teacher schedule

    • Teacher name (Last, First)

    • Scheduled time in and out

  • Grid of 30 minute increments starting at 7:30am and ending at 5pm

    • Each increment would provide a count:

      • The Room total (children scheduled as of that time)

      • The number of staff needed to meet child/staff ratio (as configured within Desktop)

      • The number of staff scheduled as of that time

      • The room capacity (as configured within Desktop)

The customer wants there to be two rows to show Teacher Schedule so that when they print it, each day in the report will be no more than 1 page even if they have many teachers scheduled for a particular day.
