A way to review, edit, and save billing box item amounts in one window, with the items grouped by account and then child, with a filter to narrow the view of data would help with this.
An import function seems less feasible, but may also address the underlying problem.

The problem they are trying to solve for is that each child's Billing Box consists of multiple line items when subsidy is involved. The family ledger is billed a portion of the tuition, and the agency ledger is billed for the rest. The subsidy amount will vary by family, so this represents a very large time sink for their billers to maintain.
