Centers currently have no reliable way to track when payer credit cards are about to expire. While there was previously an "Expiring Cards" report in TE.com, it often failed to show accurate or relevant data, leading many centers to stop using it and the report not to transition to Desktop when TE.com sunset.
Without visibility into upcoming expirations, centers frequently face declined payments and must spend time manually contacting payers to update their information. A dependable way to identify soon-to-expire cards would help centers proactively manage payment updates, reduce interruptions in billing, and improve overall operational efficiency.
