IKS Integration Enhancement: Custom Field Mapping

Currently, IKS collects detailed data (e.g., form responses) but cannot push this into corresponding Procare custom fields. Enterprise customers such as CDS and Endeavor need to be able to use the IKS integration to write data from IntelliForms directly into custom fields in Desktop to support enrollment and onboarding processes.

• The existing V2 integration endpoints do not expose a supported method for retrieving or writing to custom fields (Tracking items / User Defined Fields)

• Clients are asking for the ability to dynamically retrieve custom field definitions (e.g., via /configuration endpoints) and populate them during lead creation or update flows.

IKS is proposing:

• Enhance the ImportLeadV2 endpoint to allow custom field values as part of the payload.

• Add a new endpoint or enhance an existing one to retrieve available custom fields per center or business.

• Ensure compatibility with moderation engine (see DESK-I-286), so that custom fields can be safely processed or bypassed.

IKS is ready to handle logic and field mapping on their side. They need the ability to dynamically discover and push data to available fields.
