IKS Integration Enhancement: Date + Status Filtering

IKS is asking for improved flexibility from Procare to IKS based on Enrollment Status and Creation Date or Enrollment Date. The current API supports pulling children based on enrollment status (e.g., Enrolled, Waitlisted), but does not allow filtering by creation or modification date for most statuses.

  • IKS can only pull enrolled children within the last 30 days.

  • Customers often have 100s of historical or waitlisted families that are invisible in IKS after onboarding.

  • Existing functionality via Swagger ignores date filters for waitlist statuses, pulling records going back 20 years.

  • Endpoint supports filters by EnrollmentStatus, but only works cleanly for recently enrolled (30-day window).

IKS proposes adding a createdAfter or modifiedAfter parameter to the child/family sync endpoint in order to resolve historical data bloat and allow fine-grained control over syncs.

How does this impact the customer's business?

The current API doesn't allow for filtering by enrollment status creation or modification date, leading to huge data pulls that creates confusion and a lot of unnecessary bloat in the sync process.

Customers like CDS and Endeavor need to be able to import relevant waitlist and future enrollment data during onboarding, but can't do so because of these constraints.
