Send receipts to parents for recurring batch payments

I noticed I get a receipt for the payments being processed but not the parent. It takes more time to have to send out balance accounts for those specific accounts when it should be automatic, especially when you have all the parents info in the system. It would very helpful if the Parent received a email just like the one I get after the payment has been processed.
