2 primary payers on one account (TE)

Hi, Is it possible to have a Tuition Express for each primary payer in one account. It is rare that we have to have 2 separate accounts for families due to disagreements. It is more common for us to have 2 separate payers within 1 account. Some families have flex spending cards that do not completely cover our charges.
