Add benefit tab to employee profile

When entering a new employee that would start accumulating hours for a benefit, you don't have the option to enter it in while inputting their information as a new employee. You always have to go to the Function tab and use the batch post accrued benefits. This will tie to another suggestion I have coming in soon!
