I would love to see an accrual method for benefits added to employee profiles. We fall under ESTA (Earned Sick Time Act), so employees that work 30 hours accrue 1 hour of sick time. After speaking with someone in your tech department, your system does not have to capability to have a running accrued total under the "earned tab". It would be nice to have the formula to have 1 hour accumulate for every 30 hours a staff member has clocked in and have it be an accurate accumulated amount shown there. Then as they use ESTA hours and it is entered in on their timecard, the amount ticks down to show what they have left.
