Restore TE Maximum to be adjustable

We were using the "maximum amount" feature on the Tuition Express page for parents with subsidies. We would change the "$2500" to the amount parents are required to pay according to their subsidy, which saved us a huge amount of time and effort. Now, without having access to this feature, we have to manually adjust the batch amount for each account we are trying to bill. We have 4 centers, and they all vary in the subsidies for the children. One center has 5 subsidized children, but another has 84! That center will now have to spend a significant amount of additional time manually adjusting the payments. I believe many centers use this feature for this specific reason and would request that you bring it back.
