The new Tuition Express is so full of flaws, it's just terrible. I keep waiting for all the bugs to be fixed, but it's been a while now, why is it taking so long? I've been told numerous times by cust service reps that one of the reasons for the change is so that we can save more than one payment method...WRONG! I keep getting error messages and cannot toggle between separate payment methods saved, and so I end up having to delete them! The old way was so much better. We only had one window to open and close, now there's three!
