Procare - Canadian Daycare - Tax Reciepts by child

As a Canadian Daycare, we are required by Canadian income tax legislation to provide Income Tax receipts for amounts paid by child, not by FAMILY/PAYER/ACCOUNT.

If there was a way to link the Child ID to the payments & billing amounts on the account that would be helpful as the only way it is currently linked is through adding the Child name during formula billing.

We are exploring other Childcare Software providers in Canada that would be better suited to our needs if this isn't addressed in the next year or so.

It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to send them out directly through Procare so that they are already on the account in the file section.

Another possible way to change the configuration is to have 2 subledgers that roll up into the Main Ledger (Payer) on the account, so the ledger record is able to be easily subdivided by child and have a report be able to run off of the subledger by child.
