Every Child Report should include birthdate and be sortable by birthdate youngest to oldest

The age of the children in care drives so many compliance related decisions...class composition, specified age of class, ratios, etc. The currently clocked in reports in Procare Engage do not include birthdate. Other reports have birthdate but they default to oldest to youngest order and can't be reversed.
