Automatice Billing of late pick up fee

We have established a detailed scheduling system for each child, ensuring that their time at our facility is organized and efficiently managed. In addition to this, we also oversee the billing process, which is determined by a predefined rate for services rendered. However, we have encountered a situation where some families occasionally exceed the hours allotted to them in their schedule. Following my conversation with your team earlier today, I learned that there is currently no existing feature in your system that allows for the automatic application of late fees when a family goes over their designated hours. This absence of an automatic billing mechanism for late fees presents a challenge for us in managing our scheduling and billing more effectively.
