Thank you for your quick response and for clarifying how the POS Transactions currently pull payer information. I understand now that the processor only reflects the payer’s name, and that reconciliation relies on matching parents to their child’s account.
That said, I do want to express my disappointment. This was a feature we previously had access to before Tuition Express began changing its interface and requiring us to upgrade to the cloud. Now we are paying more for a service that has become harder to manage than before these changes. As a long-time customer of Procare for decades, this is very frustrating and not what I expected when moving to the new system.
While I will continue to work through reconciliation as best I can, I strongly encourage your team to reconsider this functionality. Please let me know the best way to formally submit feedback so I can make sure this concern is shared with your development team. At this point, I am tempted to begin looking into other child care management software options if improvements are not made.
I hope Procare and Tuition Express will take this seriously and consider restoring features that helped centers like ours manage payments more effectively.
