Provide Recurring Payment Options during Authorization

Currently recurring payment authorizations don't provide options of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly debits or a choice of debit date. Centers should be allowed to set the parameter of options available and parents should have to select an option at the time of authorizing the recurring payment. This detail should be included in the notification to the designee to set up the payment accordingly.
