When I cancel a credit card batch through Tuition Express why aren't the fees returned? In any other business this would be considered stealing.
Implement a notification system to alert when billing processes occur, like tution charges, and to inform about any students who may have been missed, or declined payments during these processes.

Need the ability to unlock Tuition Express deposit reports to correct error (wrong bank accout)

Mistakes happen. Tuition Express deposit reports are locked and cannot be corrected. I understand why the amounts should not be changed, but what happens when the bank account is wrong? I can't balance my bank account, for one.
