do you know when the staff will be able to access "assessments" along with the child's progress from the App? It could be attached to the Observation with a Radio Button to show the categories that are loaded (proficient, developing, new, etc.) I will not allow the staff to use our master level of access to the system to enter this information there are certain things I don't want them to have access to in the system.
It would also be helpful if the Observation could be selected from the daily activities (lesson plan) Again the check mark"select" or radio button would suffice. It's like there is a major disconnect on observations , the lesson plans, and the assessment progress.

Ankit Chaudhury (from BAM 50160971) is having trouble with Observation Activities. Teachers are entering observation activities with specific milestones attached, but are not given any option to "evaluate progress".
They are uncertain if they have to evaluate progress on a separate step, or if they are misunderstanding the workflow.
In researching, I was confused about how this works as well. It turns out they do have to enter the progress level as a completely separate step from the web portal. Teachers are not able to do that from the app.
Customer feels this workflow is largely unusable in it's current state. Teachers only use the app, not the web portal, meaning admins will need to do this manually for each observation with milestones associated. In addition, the individual milestones entered don't display on the main level of the web portal's assessments view, as they have to click on the base level assessment to see all the individual milestones in the group. See screenshots in the attached files for an example of the observation not being visible on the base level of the assessment.
This is especially problematic because the Observation activity viewable in the Daily Activity menu of the web portal does not mention the top level milestone, only the individual milestones for the group. This forces the admin to expand and search each group manually to find the correct milestones with observations.
This request is understood. Will eventually bring assessments into the mobile app but will likely be some time before this work is taken on.
