Fillable pdf forms, where you can click into a box and just start typing, are not compatible with our E-docs system.
Clients who upload these fillable forms report that their applicants have to now click "annotate" and "T" for text select the box, double click in the center to start typing. While they're grateful to have something that will work - many feel that the system is too complicated for families/applicants.
Even the word "Annotate" is not very common or clear to most people. Having the ability to upload a fillable form would help many clients who have worked to make completing documents electronically accessible to more people.
We have found success in having customers use Adobe fillable pdf's to upload. This is a step that our customers have to take outside of Procare. Customers would like a way to have their forms be fillable within Procare so they do not need to use another piece of software.
I hear this from almost every client I talk to about documents. It needs to be really easy and clear for the parents to see what they need to do on the document and how.
Right now it is very intimidating thinking they have to explain to the parents how to complete the forms they send.
