The majority of centers that bill Bi-Weekly have payments due the Friday before a new 2 week period. Procare Online invoices within the first two weeks of a Bi-Weekly cycle, causing many centers to have to manually invoice instead of using Recurring Plans.
This incompatibility may cause them to look for other software options eventually, especially if they primarily invoice Bi-Weekly.
