Subsidy Account Reporting that includes the student's name

Centers have been asking for better reporting for transactions documented under the "Subsidy Account" that includes the student's name.

The ledger detailed transaction report has a column for the student name, but the name does not generate in this report. The student name only pulls if they pull from the "Ledger Account". Many centers do not use this ledger account for subsidy tracking since they bill the subsidy automatically with recurring plans.
