At this time in the Desktop to Engage platform if an Enrolled student's status is changed to another status, for example Inactive or Graduated, a parent can no longer view the historical information available for the child like Billing and Photos.
This is an option in Procare Online and our schools on the Engage platform feel this is a poor customer experience if the option for a parent and student to return ever comes up.
Possible ramifications for the support team could be an increase in requests to unlink the parents when a student transfers to a new Procare school.
