Allow Centers to Add a Surcharge for Debit Card Payments

Many centers are greatly disappointed when they learn that Procare Online & Tuition Express can only add a surcharge for Credit Card Payments. Many centers that have used other processing services, like Stripe, are accustomed to passing on all fees. Even Procare Desktop allows customers to add a surcharge for debit card payments.

Centers are forced to manually add fees to invoices, or choose not to accept cards through TE and look for other processing solutions.

Centers that pass fees on via line items have to carefully monitor customers' payment methods, and adjust recurring plans or posted invoices to remove or credit fees.
